People who already know and love our part of the Portes du Soleil have been attracted by its’ wide ranging appeal. Within easy reach of Channel ports and Geneva airport in the northern Alps, the area has 650km of interlinked pistes and over 800km of walking routes. It still has a charming real Alpine village feel with traditional working farms at the centre of the villages where produce can still be bought direct. The villages have bustling markets throughout the year and traditional family run restaurants and bars. The local architecture clad in snow or ablaze with geraniums with a backdrop of beautiful mountains creates a stunning environment to be in unlike the sterile feel of some other mountain resorts. On top of this it is an area which still has bags of potential.
