Having designed and built many properties in The Abondance Valley over the past 7 years, we fully understand the areas of the process that can become complicated and arduous if not managed effectively.

With this in mind, our priority is to deliver a high quality product. We strive to do this by making the buying process as painless as possible enabling our clients to enjoy the experience.

  • we undertake full project management and are involved with all aspects of the construction
  • we assist with the communication and relationship between client and local professionals including the notaire, accountant and bank
  • we also introduce you to some great local suppliers - from ski hire shops and ski instructors to places to eat and bars to hang out

Cliff and Sue Spence bought their first chalet from chalet construction in 2004. They went on to buy a second, larger property in 2005. Here is what they have to say...

“Having skied the area and decided this was the place for us we started looking for some property. We spent our working life in the building and civil engineering world, so choosing a good builder was critical.

We looked at work by many builders in the area and build quality was for us the number one priority. Second came design, so we made contact with chalet construction. Our first impressions were excellent and we were soon viewing some well thought out properties with luxury accommodation in mind. A decision was made and we purchased our first property abroad, off plan in 2004.

The building process ran very smoothly because of the professionalism and dedication of everyone involved. I must admit even at this stage we had been apprehensive about buying abroad. The whole process was made so easy for us. Translations, communications, and all the legal aspects were taken care of by Stuart and Music (Pete), leaving us the pleasure of furnishing the chalet.

We moved in to our beautiful new home for Christmas. After sale, the relationship continued, nothing was too much trouble. We had our first ski season ever and loved it.

Having enjoyed this so much, we looked for a new venture in our lives and decided to start a small business running a catered chalet. Our second chalet, a large five bedroom property was purchased in 2005. The service from our builders again was impeccable.

We now run both of these chalets and are overwhelmed by all the positive feedback we get from our guests who love the luxury and comfort offered in both properties, so much so that we have 90% of our guests returning each year.
